I dont think that the File no starting with "F" could make a difference...

Bec, My file no starts with "F", and I have applied in october 13, and My status shows "decision made" on March 12, 2011...

i agree with you...the file number doesnt have to do anything this with the delay. i guess chc new delhi...time to time... changes the process...may be this is something new with them in these days....

so we all should have high hopes and be positive with the outcomes

Please also let us know when you get the PP back, how many days it took..
enjoy...i am still waiting for PPR, but it is good to see 2 ppl who applied in 2010 got decision made today..

The status finally changed to "Decision Made" today. Now the wait for the passport to arrive begins .

This is what it says on ECAS:
We received [Name]'s application for permanent residence on November 1, 2010.
We started processing [Name]'s application on February 15, 2011.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on [Name]'s application. The office will contact [Name] concerning this decision.

thanku so much. sure wil let u all knw abt my visa update once I receive it .. u just dont worry, ul get ur PPR once the visa is ready to be stamped like hw sid_dua's .. I wish u all the very best yaar... Btw, last thursday my medical line got added, n this thursday its changed to Decision Made

I saw that ur wife is also in chennai.. Can u pls tell me how long did it take for the ppt to arrive to ur home once they posted? can u pls share the date when the visa is issued n when the ppt got posted? It l be helpful for me, as am also from Chennai.
