another question...I want to contact my member of parliament (MP) in Canada about my case. I am currently out of the country in India and intend to return to Canada with my husband when he gets PR. I know I have to sign and send a consent form (is it the one for use of a representative on CIC site?) to my MP. Is it ok to fill out the form, sign it and then scan it and send to my MP by email or do I have to send it directly to her by mail (the original copy)? Can I get my mother who lives in my house to drop it off on my behalf if I cant email it? If I scan and email does it have to be notarized? Also, does the consent form from sponsor go only to the MP or does the MP have to send it to CIC as well to be authorized to have information about my case? If anyone has any experience with this, PLEASE HELP!!!

hi pls can any one let me know how mch time it takes for the file transfer from mississauga to delhi as my file was transferred on 17th of may 2012 and til now i have no clue whether new delhi has recieved or not ...can pls anyone lemme know wt is the next step once the file is sent to delhi ...and how do they notify us ???

Give the detail of you ,ur file number,date birth anf uci. and write there,i saw in my ecas that showing my address is wrong,,so pls i want to coorect it (give the correct address).and write there that all the corresponce send to follong address as u mention correctafter at the and,,write ,give me the further instruction.may be it will faster ur application

yes new delhi will send you passport request soon via email or mail. you should check your emails and post box everyday because ND sends PPR within 10-25 days of file transfer. after passport submission you will have to wait again, if your case is straight forward ( no travel history, no divorce) you will get your visa within 2 months.

Sorry dont want to be rude here but when you call someone in the morning at 7:30 or 8:00 (IST) then what do you expect. However i do answer your phone at anytime you phoned.
And you must understand that People must be busy at some time.

Mate you phoning me to know what will be the decision.... why they have not updated your address..... How long will it take to get your passport back.... and blah blah blah......

Whatever i was known I told you everything but you were asking me things like that I was the one who making desicion on everyone's application.
How could i answer you for something which I dont know.

yes,,u r going right.this is the link.but u also send it by post.so they quick update it.by that link they will responce u in 28 days.

my wife received her pp with visa and COPR just now.

it was stamped on june 1. but ecas updated on monday morning 10 am india time.

hey send us all our photos and wedding related proof.
