also i found in my Ecas sorry loss i mean ohhhhhh ??? Getting confused frm ND, address disappear from last 4 days

You can also check flight from ND to Chandigarh. Its so foggy on ND-CHD highway, I would preffer bus or flight.

Previous everything was gone. They gave me new file number starting with F. Previosu number was starting with B.

Until I get my documents requests and I submitted theme for me.

Though they always play with all the number i.e. I can view my ecas will old and new file no and also with UCI and client ID

They update it in sponsorship section (we started processing your file on oct 4 2011) which actually they started PR file and after a while they update on PR section (we started processing your file on nov 11)

and till this were updated I had received my medical(14-11-2011) and done(18-11-2011) and soon got
PPR on (1 dec 11)

ecas updated medical result have been received on (8-12-2011)

and after all this happens they got time to delete previous updates (17-12-2011)

Hi deveon, dont worry, its normal. Your previous information is time bound and it may have been flagged inactive automatically from system. I am not sure whats the timeline, it could be 180 days or 200 days or something. Once your PR willbe done this time, the information willbe removed from displaying on ecas after 6 months or so.

It took 7 weeks for them to issue me VISA, so you can expect almost same time. Don't worry, it will be ok.

Yug, every file is different, They are not going to stop working in June or July files if one or two files from April or May are pending some action or waiting for BC. Yes, it seems like they are working randomly, however, they start processing in order when the file is received.

I am not trying to discourage you or justify their delay, just trying to think practically and understand the delays. I am very sure that you will get the PP back very soon in few days. I best wishes are always with you Yug.

Yes the file after the appeal is always with F0000xxxxx so its ok. just sit back and relax. Enjoy your time in India. You are not gonna stay in India ever again this long once you get the PR. Enjoy your time with your family.

I was just thinking about these delays and frustrations,

If they have over half a million files open in ND CHC, its gonna take years to complete the backlog even if they clear 50 files per day. So you can imagine how much workload they have.

I believe they should stop taking new application for some categories if they cant handle just like they did for family sponsorship applications for 2 years. They should clear backlog and then take new applications. Especially when they have the procedures to hold your passport for months and yerars.

I missed a business oppertunity in Hong Kong because they were holding my passport for 7 weeks. I had big losss, but what can you do. I am fresutrated too, but this frustration is not gonna help.

I think they should appoint a few immigrants as advisor to Immigration Minister to make them understand how frustrating is the complete process and timeline. Or a Immigrant should be made immigration Minister if they have any qualified and capable MP for this position.

I am not saying that current Immigration Minister is not capable or not qualified, however, I strongly believe that a person who have gone through this process can understand the process and procedures better and can change some policies to fasttrack the system.

Its not about ND CHC only, you see other forums and other threads in this forum, people are experiencing same issues and frustrated. I wonder if they ever thought that at the time of medical, the applicant may be healthy, but the effects from frustration and anger because of ND delays may effect the health?

Anyways, Its not a issue for debate but just a suggestion to governance and bureaucracy in Canada if anyone read this. I know they do read the forums and blogs and give feedback to the Minister and Government.

That being said, I am a happy camper at this time after getting the PR, however, the journy for this was not only tough but very frustrating as well.
