I have it on mail from CIC, got it clarified quite early when I recieved a similiar mail in the month of June, the 2 years or more wait is FROM THE DATE OF RECIEPT OF DOCS BY ND OFFICE.....

DBC bhaji thanks for wishes.I think i m also included in d lollypop club. Bhaji one confusion : when i get PER for 3rd application, will i be eligible for refund of previous application or they will rob my 65000 . regards.

You are not in the lollypop club because this LOLLY POP was given to people who sent specific inquiries and compulsively there status was changed

I am not sure if you sent a CSI or not but If you did not the your INPROCESS is a genuine status

Regarding refund you are eligible if you withdraw the application
