One query

I went to My consultant today and and saw that he has sent over 30 CS Inquiry of diff applicants and has received reply to None

One reply he did receive did not mention 2 yrs

How is possible that only People on this forum get replies and our consultant does not

Some Thing amiss here

second If VO Claims it may take over two years why does the web site continue to say 14 Months ,after all they were kind enough to change from 8 Months to eleven months and then again to 14 months

any body wants to shed some light

hi, hru

well im reading all the posts here, and i write wen i actually hv sumthing to.

our thread is always with me, where ever i am in India. (mobile internet).

gng to Eastern India now. u can guess the cause.

and yes, i had sent 2nd CSQ, on may 30th, got their answer in 10 days, mentioning 2 yr thing. nothing new or substantial was in it.

reg. ur query, i have tried to make out VO meaning from their language, and u had appreciated that too.

nothing more i/we can say.

nevertheless, Mogboy has or wud launch the RTI missile ( idea was shared to him, as we in India has the same thing available),
we shud conclude this 'delay matter' only once its outcome comes to the fore.

its our testing time, and we got to remain firm and patient.

@ Jassi, DBC - keep on posting the way u were, as in my view, u were never 'immature'.
lik i said, no1 is Perfect, we r mere Applicants.
unforeseen delays, without any clear insight, is bound to make us react, at times, in a cranky way, which is 'human'.

Destination sir,

Web site will be updated next month (maybe in the last week of July) for the period of July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011. It would definitely increase from 14 months this time. 2 years is projected time and not actual time, so it will not show in the processing time page (they may indicate somewhere else, not sure).

Dear Sm001

after How many days /weeks do they update the site, isn't it supposed to be as and when required

The Government of Canada is expecting to issue approximately 265,000 Canadian visas by the end of this year.

Can compare with the balance inventory as on end Dec 2010 @ http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/statistics/data-release/2010-Q4/index.asp

Require more finance related jobs in 2011

Again more links to lighten up our hopes.

Some links which I had commented on this blog before and back here again for more inputs

Maintaining Canada's Financial Sector Advantage

Maintaining the Stability and Efficiency of Canada's Financial Sector

Reinforcing the Stability of Canada's Housing Finance System

Reviewing Financial Institutions Legislation

Enhancing Financial Literacy

Interesting Info

I sure Hope Our Visa office and The Canadian Immigration department realize this too and put it into practice

No..updates are done on a quarterly basis...

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-ec.asp

The processing times available (14 months) are only till the year ended March 31, 2011.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.asp

In the next update, processing times will be till the year ended June 30, 2011. Also, in the next update, we will have the processing times for Post June cases too, as one year will be completed for them on June 26, 2011.

Hope this info is helpful

Let us make the blog positive again.

The average waiting period (14 months) may go up. May be to 17 months (normally they add 3 months).

But we all are already there.

Things will definitely move fast from July 2011.

Let us forget the the black months (Apr - June)

I plan to apply under skilled worker once the new list is out. However my employers are refusing to give me reference letter with job duties. Can any one let me know what are my alternates
