Its ND office with their limited staff (150 nos) failed to finish the process in time, which forced Canada to release MI-II MI-III etc.

I had provided the link already earlier on this blog to support the same.


So the new NOC list again will have 0111 & 1111.

They have to process applications on fast track again for those NOC's.

And existing applicants will get priority.

I guess, things are moving good for us. Let us wait for a couple of weeks.

Even if the new NOC list doesn't have 0111 & 1111, still we don't need to be disappointed.

Because ND office has already amassed enough applications pending for verification, which is already approved by NS Office.

May be Mr.David Malcom has to increase his support staff.

Lets see.

Mr.David's letter to MI-2 applicants that it may 2 years or more is one trick used by ND office to panic applicants and force them to withdraw applications. (One easy way to bring down the backlog made by ND Office)

Contacting ND office will only slow down the process again. Please don't do so.

We better contact "Freedom of Information Act, Canada" and ask them whether this instruction was advised by Canada, or whether ND Office took their own decision.

Mr.David only send thosee 2 year waiting period letter to consultants and recently contacted applicants.

If it is a fault from Mr.David's side, let Canada take action against him.

No need to worry applicants.
