I don't think we are a part of segregation. My NOC is 1111. Status is in process with processing date 13/02/2012.
They didn't requested any letter or document or neither get any verification call.

Lots of people are not able to check ecase status currently and i couldn't find any common thin line between all of them.
They are from different country and different NOC codes.

Anyway will update if any changes reflects.

Yes you are right Jigneshbhai,

Applicants across all Visa offices and NOCs and MIs are experiencing problem with accessing their e-cas.
Things will get okay in sometime.

BTW I am not experiencing any problem with my e-cas.

Something intresting !!

"Despite the new measure, the court said Ottawa still failed to finalize a file within the six and 12 months Kenney promised — the first ministerial applications have been outstanding between 24 and 52 months."

The decision is final because the court refused the minister's request for appeal, added Leahy. The next step is for opposing counsels to determine how to proceed with the remaining cases.

Dear Rawal jinesh,

As per my observation they are segregating files on the basis of initial file sent to CIC as your file had been sent n June-2010 i think that is the reason you have got new in process date.
I dn't remember the name of forum member who had sent initial application to CIC in april-2010 he got BFD for early 2013.He got his CAIPS notes just few days back only. This change has nothing to do with NOC's.
As many forum members like Arru and many others are predicting this is the reason behind their segregating scheme.
Also please read the lines below that NDVO reply for one member's CSQ.

Applications in the Skilled Worker category are processed in order of receipt. The application is being processed in accordance with its place in the queue, based on the date on which the application and fee payment were received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

As Nano suggested CAIPS will make the picture more clear for you.
take care
