Please don't misunderstood me as i am not spreading negative thoughts on our forum. But i feel ( may be wrong ) CIC is conspiring to digest our processing fees. They are learning from their previous mistakes. As they are now bound to return processing fees of Pre-Feb 2008 applicants. But they are now well prepared to tackle our backlog as they are turning mass " IN PROCESS ", so that they will easily write off our applications without returning a single penny to applicants by bringing this draconian legislation of applying it " Retrospectively ". I pray to Almighty Waheguru to save us from Kenny and his department of immigration.
