Hope he is an NDVO applicant.

he is post-june and they are processed very quickly, as they are in demand.

I suggest We all should start concentrating on our careers In India In View Of the New Suggestions where there is priority of NOC

it will soon become a law and most likely the reason for the non placement of manifesto

Most Likely the Non priority NOC will become the New "BACKLOG"

I have a unfounded gut feeling that The month May not live up to our expectations.

Have a Happy anxiety

As a Canadian I am somewhat appalled by some of the comments on this blog.
Apparently we are unreliable, deceitful and have a poor work culture.

Half the world would like to live here. You are among the lucky few who have almost made it. If you don't feel you can be proud of your new country, may I suggest you withdraw your application and ask for a refund. Your comments, if disseminated here would stir racial and anti immigration sentiments.
I would be happy to withdraw if anyone could get my money refunded at this stage i.e. 'In-Process'. Also no race etc. has been mentioned anywhere in my comments.
I understand how utterly frustrating this is for you and can feel your frustration. However, dealing with hundreds of thousands applications is not a simple task.
I believe the Govt. of any 'developed' country should take actions/decisions only after checking out all possible scenarios of the outcome, which does not appear to be the case here.
Perhaps someone could tell me how long the wait is for the throngs waiting to immigrate to India?
Unfortunately India is a developing country and there is no comparison between India and Canada.
Canada is not perfect. Our government makes poor choices and we screw up. Nevertheless we have no culture of bribery or corruption and this is probably the best country on the planet to live.
'Best' is a subjective term, Sir. I would perhaps agree that Canada is best only if I get to stay and experience it for some time. Unfortunately, my experience till date does not qualify to call it 'Best'
I wish you all well, but please don't disrespect my country. If you feel it's corrupt, withdraw you application.
No disrespect to you personally and as I said, I am willing to withdraw if my money is refunded with interest along with compensation for time and effort spent on the entire process.

Now reason behind non issuence of medical is almost clear, as fas as I know it is NDVO only that is not sending Medical requests.
Let's be practical, keep in mind that NDVO has largest inventory of NOC 1111 and 4131 and 0213 which are not in demand.
It may be the reason that CIC don't want too many Permanent Residents with undesired NOC's.

Canada's immigration system is inspired by BIG FOUR immigrant magnet nations (AUS, NZ, US, UK).
If you follow immigration policies of UK and AUS you will realize that they are making frequent changes to immigration policies to suite their needs (Read politicaly as well as economicaly).

In this scenario with almost unlimited power given to Immigration minister under Immigration bill, it is no suprise that he will take decisions that suites him best (again read politicaly as well as economicaly).

Remember sometimes politicians are referred as headless chickens.

Lubob, thanks for the efforts... I guess I had italicized the words earlier and the words were not that clear.

Yes, politicians in all countries are almost the same. Unfortunately no one can predict their future actions and we can only hope for a speedy final outcome to all our applications (whether +ve or -ve) instead of endless waiting. The wheel has really come full circle from 2009 as regards NDVO when Indians were getting Can. visa amongst the fastest in the world.

Nothing is clear my friend. we all are making assumptions and analyzing data from the past experience of applicants which will not be the case in future. we don't know why most of the applicant are on HOLD by NDVO. so it is too early to say that they want to rid of Pre june applicant.

might be we all will get MR soon in may/June or will have to wait more. Even consultants are not clear , they are in the same situation like us.

" EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR SOME REASON".

everything will be fine.

except the uncertain waiting.

Agree with Jigneshbhai.

Lets be optimistic or at the best lets be practical and pragmatic.
We all are reading too much into this.
If they wanted to get rid of Pre june they would have done so along with Pre Feb 2008.

Our application will be processed.

Check the following website.
http://www.workingincanada.gc.ca/home-eng.do?lang=eng

It has outlook, average wages, licence/certificaiton/education requirement for your NOCs. Requirements will keep on changing.
Somedays doctors will be in demand and somedays accountants some day nurses.
