Minister want to start Just In Time Immigration process by 2014 and want to get rid of backlog before this for sure so by 2013 we all MI-1 will be cleared by any means.
I can see the future. The government of Canada slashes Backlog applications and we might be the backlog. :'(

we are MI 1 --- not a backlog --- ( MI 1 is leading milestone and 1st feather of crown for current govt ) ..

they started the Ministerial instructions - they want they can straightly remove MI 1 also same as pre 2008 ( no one argue Govt ) but not done.

No bro take it in positive way we all will be immigrated to canada by 2013.
If they consider MI-1 as backlog then they would have slashed us with pre 2008 cases. they will not keep us to repeat the same again.

Yes this is the only solace we all have. and lets hope and pray things move a little more faster so that we truly become the crowning glory of Canadian Immigration system. :)

hi
yes it's seems logical but not certian.we have seen applicant in our NOC group have got rejection after long waitting period only due to job description. I think our destiny depend only on VOfficer hand.
Let's pray to God to give them peace of mind.

Federal Budget clearly says that all VO's should clear off the pending files very soon.

CIC doesn't want a huge list of files piling again. (Before commenting anything vice versa, please read the budget thoroughly)

Why are the comments going on in circle here? Negative and postive every often.

We are not going to get the visa next week or next month. But thinking about 2013, 14 and all only shows that lack of patience and also mere frustration.

We saw the no. of applicants got rejected from MI-1, MI-2 & MI-3 (almost 50% - average). VO's may be concentrating more on rejection cases to show less inventory. The users who are rejected may not come and comment on this blog. We already see very less number of users on any blog site now a days.

If you check trackitt.com also, you can see that through foreign VO's many Indians got medicals. And Mr.Kenny and CIC welcome more Indians and Chinese based on the historical records which show that Indians and Chinese do settle down faster than other nationalities.

You were always here as a support. Some new users bring new stories every time. Keep up the good work and support our fellow applicants morally.

Thanks,

Net get carried away by the reports on "The Star" or "The Globe and Mail".

Anybody can write reports about immigration anyday on any news papers.

There were concerns going on for over an year about anther huge recession that the US and Europeon countries may face. Nothing happened yet. There were reports every day and even now. Still the unemployment rates is goind down. So good.

We just need to keep the Federal Budget in mind. It will not change this year again. Until then whatever the budget says, VO's have to follow. Internal agenda can be how to deal (like abc analysis) what the budget says.

We are not good enough to analyse the data projects in the CIC website. Being 0111 & 1111 we all know that interpreting data (statements) always are not identical for any experts.

Until we get a strong positve message about medicals & passport request why can't we discuss about our future plans in Canada.

Anybody here propose to do CGA once you are in Canada?

I am 7242 crashing in on this thread, more brawny.

I am seriously considering further studies to enhance my future career chances.
If my 7242/2241 career doesnt fly than I am seriously considering accounts or finance.

You guys can teach me some.

They can help you find the right course for you. I think their services are free. I saw their Ads on subways last time. They do really help the new immigrants.
