Dear desitinationbc,

I really appreciate ur astute observation.

FORUM members have been analysing data dervied from CIC website.Statistical interpretation of data requires a well defined pattern. The ones we have had from the members are mindboggling, Had the process continued for some more time,it may have turned out to be hair splitting,as well !! Hope,ur concluding observation will bring an end to it.

ALL said nd done, let us wish nd pray for each other.MAY coming weeks bring happy news for all !!

Good luck nd god bless all !!

Good work DBC..You brought the positive vibes back again.

Sorry........
But........

Some in Process people from London VO have started to receive the letters that they will listen from the VO only after 6-12 months.

And let me remind you that LVO is already issuing MRs to most of them.

What should be expected by NDVO applicants who have not received anything after bulk in process?

Thanks for your Kind words

I think the picture will be clear by May-12 end. If nobody (having in-process date) receives MR/Further instructions from NDVO by May-12 end, then there is a possibility that VO will not process further this applications in the year 2012, and we will get maple leaf only in 2013.

According to CAIPS reports of some members it is observed that next BFD is almost 120 days from in process ( actual ) date.
I think we should get MR/ RPRF/ PP request maximum after 24months from the date of docs submission/2nd AOR.
Their BFD also support this logic.
I am one of those applicant who is expecting this update in this month only...

Dear Honey,

I think 24 months will be the period to get decision on your file. So, something should happen in 1-2 months for those applicants who submitted the documents to NDVO during June-10 & July-10.

Oh boy,
In that case I may get visa somewhere in August.

Oh God!!!
This sucks.
I feel that NDVO is just giving us lollypop.
First we were waiting to get in-process, than now that we are there medicals. God knows after medicals, how much delay for our visa?

Btw I have ordered CAIPS on 7th March. When can I expect it?

I asked Qorax (and maybe you too), and he is of the opinion that we can expect medicals after 24 months of doc submission.
But what makes him believe so?

I dont agree with Qorax on this matter because he is giving same answer to all prejune applicants from different VOs.
Manila VO is sending medicals to the applicants who got 2nd AOR in Jan 2011, and other VOs such as SGVO, NDVO etc are too slow on that.

There is never any fixed timeline which must be followed by the VOs.

I have 8 years experience of NDVO's working. It is not that they are not working. Actually they have the largest inventory of pre MI, MI-1, 2 & 3 applicants.

The deciding factor is the number of pending applications of MI-2 & 3 and also the fresh ones after MI-4. Figures of which are not very encouraging.

All of us want to believe something which pleases us.
Similar was the tendency of the members of immigration.ca forum 2004 applicants, for last so many years. If you go through their forum, you will come to know the actual pain in waiting for so long, building of false hopes, fighting on opinions and so on. I was one of them.

www. immigration.ca/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=17&PN=1494&SID=zc711f1ee65586f9748db52aze835572&title=chc-delhi-2004-applicants

Now I am one of you people. And find that same things are being repeated. NDVO applications as early as 2003 are pending, whereas Manila has processed upto 2006.
Now again ..... same story

I think the visa targets given to various VOs is not proportionate to the prospective applicants.
I am so frustrated to see this injustice to especially NDVO applicants.

I will see that light only when most of us get MR/PPR. It may be possible that NDVO issues just a few MRs and then again go on silent mode. You people have very little experience of NDVO.

Sorry no offence to anyone.

CAIPS arrive in 30-45 days usually.

By the way, this BFD is practically a useless thing.
Just imagine how many BFDs may have passed blank in 2004 cases (and in ours too)

what ever I say something some body or the other questions it and then a week later somebody else Posts my story in his own words

Really an un nerving experience
