KD sir, u shud hv shared the words/sentences stating that line on our thread also.

my request for the same is still unanswered.

Exact words!

"Passort applicant has obtained sufficient points to satisfy me that he will be able to become economically established in Canada. I am satisfied that the points awarded the applicant adequately reflect the applicant's ability to settle in Canada."

ECU Please request the following:
Meds
PPTs
PPTs (all pages of the pages for further review to ensure no other travel)

Thats great.
Hope you get medicals soon.
NDVO is pathetically slow now a days..

you are right. But some of them got real in process directly from RBVO and so some of them got IN PROCESS follow by Real in Process.

HELLO ALL,

I appreciate the opinions posted by the experienced members of the forum nd that's what we all are supposed to.
Most of our opinions are based on the ones posted by the senior members and our own conjuctures, designed to hit the bull's eye.Admittedly, however, the ideas do help the cause of each other.Especially, the status of applications nd communications recvd from VOS,shared in the forum, HELP US compare the position of our own cases.
But,lately it has been observed that actions taken by VOs are inconsistent with the defined norms of the application processing system. What intrigues me when the application gets into "IN PROCESS" stage.A few members reported to have moved directlyto the next stage,(i.e. MR+RPRF+PPR) ND yet most of us are now routed through "processing start date".I am not sure if it has to do something with the quality of our appliaction presentation.
ALL said nd done,I still wish nd pray for all the struggling prejuners.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL.
God bless all.

Dear Parhar,

You are absolutely right.
As per my observation none of the NDVO Pre Juners got medical request.
Pre Juners from Manila, Buffalo and London got medicals.

Though it should be stated that NDVO asks for medicals, rprf and PP in one request it self, whereas Buffalo and London ask them in stages(not very sure of manila office). This reduces our processing time.

Be rest assured, it has nothing to do with the quality of our application. Don't feel any inferiority complex because of this. Maybe NDVO's ECU is loaded or are instructed differently.

Good luck for your application..

Like to add here that not all files are sent to ECU most of them go to the next stage directly and definitely ECU overworked hence delays are a norm

I don't understand.

Visa officer reviews our file and than asks the ECU to send medicals+RPRF+PP request.
Or it is the visa officer who does all things him/her-self.

I was under impression that ECU is more like a clerical office.
Might be I am wrong..

Hi Guys..

Alongwith updated docs of my elder son, I have also sent docs of myself and spouse to CHC y'day.

I have also scanned and mailed 5475 & 5563 to my friend in Calgary to apply for CAIPS. Now the wait starts....end April / 1st week May.
In the meantime in case I receive any queries from CHC,will put it up here

ECU also handle asylum cases so not all cases are given to them

Just a few cases are referred to them
