Congratulations to KDSTTL.

I think that most of those applicants who recently went into real "in process" and who have not been asked for additional information are in the same position as KDSTTL.

The passport request and medical are handled by a sub office of the VO called the ECU (Economic Class Unit) and they will have already have been asked to deal with these per the CAIPS report. The May B/F date has no real importance unless the ECU is really slow. When the medical request comes or they ask for his passport, a new B/F date will be established.

in KDSTTL s case, BFD is 18th may, so, how much is the likelihood that NDVO can send the MED/PP before that date? what factors it Depends on?

The NDVO have already asked the ECU to process the medical and passport info for KDSTTL so it could happen at any time. The B/F date has little significance and is there just in case nothing happens before that date. I would think he would hear very soon.

Yes, the CAIPS shows the advice to ECU to request the applicant (me) to send medicals and passport.

Nano if i recall my memory,you got in process in Feb 2011 and now again you are in process in 2012.It looks that you have renewed yr in process status.I am unable to understand yr such act. :-* ;D

I got In process with RBVO on 26th Jan 2011.
The real In process is on 1st Feb 2012
