Hi SM001, Thanks for responding. I am getting even more confused now....The process which I completed till now is PR Application sent on 10th June, received file no in Sep'10. Sent bunch of documents, POF on 31st Jan'11.
Was it not the same for you?

You can apply to be a Canadian citizen after 3 years of residency as a landed immigrant - period! No ands ifs or buts.

Last week many of us got status changed to "In Process with RBVO" and also address disappearance. Has anyone's status changed this week? Mine is still the same.

citizenship should be the aim , even if you want to stay here or not permantelly that is . at least it will give you visa free access to more then 40 countries. hassle free higher education to kids if they decide to do higher education in canada.

Under payment option on caipsnotes.com it says you have to pay $40 for ordering caips. I heard that if you apply through relative/friend in canada, it costs me $5 only. Is it correct? If yes, let me know how to do it.

yes you can do it , in 5 $ if you have friend or relative in canada.

there is a simple form which you have to fill in , search online . you have to fill in the authorization form for him/her to be able to order caips notes for you .

thats about it. how long it is gonna take only god knows . there is no time frame even though it normally takes four to six weeks.
