I am not agree with Naavy in process stage answer.

In process means all the paper check and scrutinise by VO.

If they start process after putting status in process all applicant will get alert.

So basically if in process I mean that your file already viewed by VO and ready for further process.

There may be Medical, Rejection or Else.

these facts we were not aware off about baruns case

less worried now :) :) :) :) :)

THIS IS WHAT TARAKS SAID
QUOTE
@ cbi and others who suggested Barun to go for an appeal

It is not to be measured on just the decision of CIC. We need to check the requirement of HRSDC. Visit www.wokringincanada.gc.ca and look for 4131 NOC. Check the employment requirement, Required job duties. Barun has experience as a trainer in sales and marketing but, he does not have bachelor's degree, a college diploma or demonstrated expertise in the field of instruction moreover, he does not have certificate, diploma or degree in adult education.

The thing is, his consultant should have illustrate these factors before taking his case. For a few thousand rupees they let apply any applicant in any NOC saying that it is relevant to their present experience. We trust them because we have a dream of better life and they show very much confidence of success by taking advantage of our feelings. We don't even bother to go on immigration forum or HRSDC website or anything because we think we are paying them so, they'll do their job best and we keep a faith in them. They just dont do their job upto expectations and At the end of 12-15 months when we get a result which we never expected turns in to frustration and we blame CIC.

Guys, CIC is doing their job at best. I have been always saying that a medical or PPR is not guarantee of issuance of VISA. When we get AOR from CIO, they don't check the job duties they only check have we filled the form correctly? have we applied in the right NOC? have we paid the right fee?

See, I am not trying to demoralize Barun but, I don't want him to dream again and keep a high hope on this and wait for another 1-2 years. When I had got a rejection in my first application, my lawyer and many others had suggested me to go for an appeal but, I did the thing which I should have done long back. I compared my job duties against HRSDC and I found that I had only 50% match.

So, The thing BArun never did before applying the case, he should do it now. He needs to check this job duties and employment requirements of 4131 against HRSDC. If he still thinks his case stands a chance of getting approval in an appeal then he should go for it.

I am sorry guys if you take this as my hard feeling but, I know the pain of rejection and I know how it feels when your dream shatters. The fact is seeing one more dream with the same mistakes did in past is not fault of anyone but it is only yourself to blame for it's negative outcome."

THESE ARE SOME QUESTION IF SOMEBODY COULD ANSWER :

so practically what are you saying is " CHC don't check our documents before sending medicals ? "

If that is so then what the term " In Process " means ?
And why few people get strait rejection after RBVO ?
aren't they suppose to review our file during "in process" stage?
isn't second sectary in consulate who decides on visa upon final sitting before granting visa not the VO ?

this will help people like me to understand the system better

Hi All,

There are a few like me who have status "IN PROCESS", but inside it is the same as RBVO. For example, Matlal, ManishMehta, Kushu, Cameraeye, etc. It seems they have changed the status as we were all nearing 10 months post document submission. So, just to show they are not lagging behind, they updated our status.

Another reason might be that want to verify more on our cases and then decide about our status, especially 1111 as it is no longer in the 29 Demand list.

There were 200 NOC for applicants in 2004 and 5
There waiting time was 2yrs at the time of application CHC has taken over 6 yrs for them so they are not obligated to keep time frames

If you recollect when we applied the website mentioned 6 to 9 months it has become 12 to 15 now

just to keep an applicant happy CHC will not change the status

second not being in demand

2004 applicants 180 NOC are not in demand still visas coming

so relax

@ jassi, gud luck to ur dreams bro.

@ DBC, Naavy ,Tarak, ..... good interpretation by u all.

barun's case-
his education was not at all at par with the requirements, although
his consultant (wwics) made him their client, gave him baseless assurances,
and marked a dream in his mind, that HE will be through.
on top of that, his work ex. also played a spoil sport.

CIC , VO people are not novice holding a Designation of a VO.

they know all the ins and the outs.

they hv a vision, foresight what cud be the things are like for the applicant's future there, even 'behind the scenes' issues.

i can name them as 'psychologists' as well.

it was baruns sheer bad luck that he hired a stupid, anaadi consultant.
who misguided him.

if i take the example of my consultant, he s also not a sharp-shooter.
i had to guide him at many steps, one eg., highlighting my positives in the cover letter while
sending Full docs.

i badly needed 2 more points to reach 67 (if VO doesnt accept my Masters diploma, symbiosis distance mode.

he never encouraged me to sit in IELTS and try again.

however, i sent my improved TRF in JAN 2011.
(hope VO grants point on that).

cos sumone from this forum inspired me to reappear, may be god sent His msg. thru him.
;)

anyhow, somewhere its our error, somewhere its our destiny (this includes errors @ VO part)
:)

WWICS was any time a very decision for barun

I feel that majority of the consultants in the Immigration business are white collar thieves

Even I have a consultant and an Advisor and i am pretty satisfied with this efforts

One Thing More I think i can guess your consultant from the word of praise you have written from 8) 8) 8) 8)

Another Worst Interview experience on 17th feb CHC, New Delhi.

Hi every one, 17TH FEB was one my sadest days in my life too as Barun. My interview was also fixed on 17th Feb @ 8:45 AM. We (me n my wife reached CHC ND at 8:30 AM. I submitted my interview letter and after a while we were called for security check and we were through with other formalities by 9:00 AM. We were waiting inside for our turn as there are 12 interview booths circling the waiting hall. People were being called by the respective VO by booth number. After a while my name was called to booth no 1. We went inside, there was a Canadian Lady sitting inside a glass window. I sat in front of her and she introduced herself first. she asked me that do we know the reason for calling interview. We said ‘NO' because there was nothing mentioned in my interview letter. She said nothing after that for a while. She told me that she needs to talk with me first n later with my wife. so my wife waited outside. Then she opened my file and start asking about my Marriage. She asked me more than 50 minutes. I clarified one by one. She kept on asking me all history about our relationship. She was very negative from start to end. She raised more than 3 questions on my each answer. Even though me n my wife could answer more than 90% same answer. But she came to the conclusion that we were trained by a consultancy so she was not satisfied. After that she did not give me a chance to speak. She was speaking continuously and she did not see any docs which we are asked to bring at interview. She did not believe our marriage certificate, relationship certificate, marriage photographs, before marriage photos, photos with my family n what we answered. Finally she returned my passport which was sent before 3 months for visa. The interview held for more than an hour.

As Barun, My question to CHC is if they had any doubt about my marriage, they have to verify my marriage certificate, Family Relationship Certificates n other docs before RPRF fee and Passport request. why they are raising the concern in this stage? After waiting for more than 15 months, going through all the process and finally even taking the medical test, RPRF fees and 3 months after Passport sent for visa. I don't know what to do now.

incredible!

if not the Marrge Certificate and pics, then wat can prove it to them?

the DNA of the offsprings, or marrge rituals done at VO premises?

i think he should go to press , they will have field day over this , i mean if they can't recoginze a govt. issued certificate . then they are putting doubt on the crediblity of govt.
how unthoughtful

what else the need to do. are we suppose to make love infront of them to convince them we r married. phhhhhhh :(
