Experts Please comment on the pattern of issuing MR at CHC New Delhi.

Agree with lubob, they are completely out of order. My In Process is mid if Jan, 2012 but the current sequence is for In Process March 2012.

May be it depends on the Visa Officer as well, some officer are fast and some are super fast.

I think under NOC 0311 ,there are very less applicants on the forum. May be NOC is at high priority.

CHC followed the same pattern during IN process status some later applicants got it earlier.

No doubt NDVO is unpredictable.

I got ur details from lubob's list.u applied in april-10 and 2nd AOR is for nov-10 month and in process as on 29.02.12
Ur medicals are due in feb-2013 as your case was logged in April-2010.
next BFD is 28.06.12

Paper file send to : PA BF FILE TO : RET ON 13-01-2014.MICROLOCATOR.
Ur file's hard copy is kept at this place in visa office.that u dont need to worry as they have everything of your file in softcopy with them.
everything is just fine with your case.selection done,travel history ok,pcc ok.
Yaa the most strange thing i find in your caips is
PS DECISION=9
as i have gone thorugh codes of caips for PS DECISION they are as follows -

T-11 PAPER SCREENING DECISION (PSDEC)

* 1 passed
* 2 failed
* 3 withdrawal

What this 9 stands for?.only qorax sir can give answer for the same so ask qorax sir as he is best and knows the rest.

Even my CAIPS/GCMS are very much identical to yours except that i have been awarded 74 points. Otherwise PS, Bf'd date, Microlocator are all same. Can seniors help understand the same
