i just want to introduce u to a case of one of my friend which was under FSW1,,,,,

he got his medicals in Oct 2010,,,,,,,done medicals and sent the passport and Right of landing fee in Nov 2010

but on Jan 19 he received his passport back saying that it is not in good condition( they said lamination is not good),,,nd told him to reissue the passport and send again,,,,while he was doing that,,,on 22 Feb he got a VERIFICATION CALL ,,,,,,,they called him and his employer at the same time,,,,3 or 4 mistakes were there.....

yesterday he received a letter from CHC ND,,,stating that they think his experience is not authentic,,,,and there are DISCREPANCIES in the verification done by them and they have asked to clear his stand,,,

so all my friends Please be ware after medicals also

Hi All,

Need urgent help. Received a letter from CHC that they have concern about my employment history and the have questions regarding legitimacy of the employment history.

Given me an opportunity to comment or provide observations in writing within 15 days.

Guys what to do, please help me out. What all documents can I provide? I am paid salary in cash, so have no salary account. My NOC is 1111.

You have recieved the letter from CHC because they have verified you employment history. Either they checked your company details or verified your employment with the company. Are you working in a firm or a private limited company? ....to prove the authenticity you need send a authencticity letter from your employer side stating you joining date as well duties and also request you employer for the registration document of the firm/company. The firm/registration document proves the authenticity of the company and the letter from the employer proves your employment authenticity, do your company has any website? check whther ur company got any email or call from chc. Remember they sent the letter only bcos they verified....they dont tell u now what they checked.....if u cannot prove then they will definetly give you the reason with refusal letter
