Guess our case is very similar ...13th month running for me .. BG in progress since 13th Jan 2015.

Reaching 8 months on 19th. I am one of those unlucky applicants whose file got transferred to NDVO. I am FSW Inland applicant BTW.

Oh did u ordered gcms notes ?

Did u find any reason for ndvo transfer?

I dont understand why CIC transfers file to other visa offices ...I am based out of India and my file is processed at Ottawa ....how can ottawa take a decision on an Indian Applicant and how can NDVO decides to take any decision on inland applicant like you ...they really need a Process Re-engineering to avoid cases like ours.
