those who use Dakar visa office pls share your experience

Hi there,
Thanks to welcome me in the Forum 8) 8)
I use to be in French speaking from and I hope the English will be interesting as well. This, my concern is, Since 1st of September, DRC has been transferred from Nairobi to Dakar. I want to know your experience with Dakar office.
Just to let you know since Aout 2013 that Nairobi office received my application,I am still waiting a feedback.
Any think to share??
