Nop, nothing. Got mine on Oct, 9, I know my e-medicals were uploaded on Oct, 25 but didn't see any change on ECAS and no communication from CIC so far.

I got MR on Oct 10, did my Medical on Oct 17 and Medical Report uploaded on Oct 28 (as per clinic),
but no updates on eCAS..

My ecas shows "In process", completed Medicals on 11-Oct, CIC confirmed on 22-Oct.

My status changed to med received then to Decision made about 2 weeks ago

I happened to request GCMS note on Oct 4, and got the note yesterday, which tracks my file status as per Oct 31.

Criminality is still in progress, and Security is not started yet.
