Well I am sending all I have done tommorrow. I am so scared. 1000 dollars shorter and fear creeping in I am still going to do this. I hope my medical will still take because they sent it and didn't give me a forum or anything. I am sending my pay stub from the visit. I really hope they have it cause I do not have the money to do it again. Once I send it how will I check the process? What if the sponsor is denied???

The doctor should have given you a receipt with a medical file # on it, right after the appointment was done. Perhaps you can call the doc and just ask for this number? Else I'm sure CIC can also look up the medical results by name.
For sponsor, just make sure you check "withdraw your sponsor application" for question 1 of IMM1344E. Then in case sponsor is denied you can fix whatever the problem is, and re-apply. Though unless sponsor was on welfare, has criminality issues or a few other very specific situations, there shouldn't be a problem for sponsor.
He has no criminal record that I know of, they are not on welfare. He full time college student so we dont have like anything to show employment or how he supports himself other then him saying he lives off the schoool checks.
