The guy lost me at the end of that report when he started rambling about how his app should be processed faster than others. It made no sense. He's talking about citizenship, not permanent residence. So when he rambles off about how he lives here, works here, pays taxes here, has an active social life here and so on he is implying that other applicants don't. But due to the residency requirement they also have all the same stuff. The answer is improving the system, not setting up "preferred" statuses which will end up being corrupted (and will add time to establish which "line" you should be in - imagine trying to prove your social life is better than some other persons ???).
