I have two messages to read but I get the following error. I've tried clearing my history/cookies. I've also tried opening on different browsers and devices. I also have the most up to date adobe. I have requested assistance through the web form and reported a technical error but all I've received is an email asking for more details on my application (so no help... surprise!).
Anyone here who can offer any other advice? I've been trying to get this resolved for 2 months now.
