This is embarrassing but I think I lost eMedical papers

I cannot find my sons eMedical papers given by the clinic. I am going to call the doctor about it (the clinic is closed right now) to see if they can help, but does one have to upload the papers or is the eMedical uploaded by the doctor, and I don't really need it?

U have to upload the emedical paper to the EE system. CIC will check the data based on the bar code on the paper. Therefore, you must find it or at least have the scanned version.
