Please l declare asylum on 2023 on Montreal quebec and until now l haven't get a hearing date
Please can someone help me on how to write to irb through email
That l can reach to irb to ask for hearing date

I am an outland applicant living in the U.S., and my sponsor lives in Quebec.
Applied August 2023, all steps in the tracker completed on October 2025. MP's office contacted IRCC on our behalf. They said the application was approved in October 2025, and the visa office in Michigan was informed of the decision by the Mississauga office, pending last step to send a request for a passport.

Any feedback regarding how long it can take to get a passport request after all the steps are completed?

Timeline:

• Submit application: 2024-02-05
• Request to submit CSQ application: 2025-01-30
