Yeah, I thought I'd add mine because ours are so similar, was good to know that it probably means they've not lost our applications down behind the back of a filing cabinet. Gonna be honest, I'm pretty sick of it now. I'm about ready to have the part of my life where I'm dealing with IRCC to be over.
At least you're both together in QC, most of us are dealing with the same shit outland mode.

Yeah absolutely! Not having your spouse with you makes the wait 10X tougher. My TRV is even stuck for 2 months now. Nothing is moving. Im starting to hate Quebec.

This application belongs to only you or your spouse too?

This is frustrating totally
When i applied my file then processing time was 14-15 months then increased to 27 months and then i got my residency after 34 months

Have you seen anyone with final destination Quebec getting PPR/COPR recently?

I have only seen 1 person getting all done in 5.5 months (applied March 2023, Ottawa VO). Any movement from others?

hello, Im applying for the common low partner sponsorship and I have a question, I hope you can help me... Based on the information that I found, there are two applications to be done, one is for the IRCC with all the forms and once approved, then the MIFI. It means that I have to pay both of the fees?

Yes both fees, but the MIFI fee is a lot less.
Have a look at the current processing times for Quebec and consider finding a way to immigrate first in another province and then move to Quebec once your PA receives PR.

My question is for anyone who has applied for spousal sponsorship. and on which everything on the tracker is green and says completed. Your file is frozen without any reason or explanation. When you call Immigration Canada you will be told that the waiting period is 33 months. When you want to fill out the web forms with the visa officer, you will be asked to click on a link that shows that the waiting period is the same 33 months. At the same time, you are warned that you will not receive a response if your period is less than 33 months. You fall into a trap. But the reality does not correspond to what they write and say to you. Everything is finished for you and 33 months only works for those who are still in the process.
