For all of us the time has reached its limit, Pirates, SAB, Nazia, Umer, Maan, Cooldude, Obeid, myself and many others are waiting some even without medicals, so the purpose here is for how long. Some may get it by the April end but others may still not be attended in time. How are the CHC doing, what are they up to, what may be the logic behind all this, are they short of cards for printing visa's, is the ink for printing has run out, or the printing machine is broken down??,??,?? I mean no body knows how are they actually doing. It's not just about getting the visa, the valuable time, the wastage of studies, it's much more than that so why don't they consider us properly, have any body got any clues?? I can think all the long day on these even while eating the meal but there is no answer at all. What can be done is nothing. This is getting so desperate at least there should be a proper responsive system for every applicant's current status. Is this just the way for us to be waiting on and on. Actually the purpose is does any body has any idea what's going on there, so do share it here in this thread your thoughts, so we may be able to develop a hypothetical idea;

Hi guys

Cooldude got his visa today , he updated that in "CHC delhi is testing my patience" .

Delhi is slow this year .

I don't know what's happening with CHC Islamabad ,last year as I heard was the best for Pakistani applicants ,maybe they have ordered new visa stamps this year so they are waiting for them to arrive as Shoaib pointed out :D :D.

I think the VO's are less in number and the applicants are more so that's causing the delays .

Also it depends on paperwork so the more paperwork there is the more time it takes to check.

Re: student visa rejected,will apply again,,,good idea?

My take on this is simple. Student apps from pakistan are passed to usa homeland security before they are approved hence the delay. Students from pakistan are on the whole treated badly by chc islamabad what you should do withdraw your app and ask for full refund plus compensation via the civil courts for time wasting. But to do this takes courage which most lack.

We are treated badly no doubt. Sab 's case is a living example of this. He was approved by visa officer during in person interview on Jan 24 . Still no passport. I'm hoping he will either get it today or tomorrow. His classes will kick off may 2. It is a strange world.
