Hi,

I had applied for visitor visa for my mother and my sister to come to canada to visit me together. My mother is accepted but my sister is rejected with this reason "The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.", The thing is that my mother live with my sister and can not leave my sister alone, so before giving a visa to my sister, my mother's visa is also useless now. Please help me how can I address this if I want to apply again? Thanks

You'll need to provide your sister's full profile.

Hi, Thanks for your attention. My sister is 35 years old not married and working in my home country in the accounting field. I put the letter from her employer but because our currency is low compare to Candadian currency, when they converted her salary amount to canadian $ in the letter it was low amount. Also she had some savings I put the letter but it was not significant amout again converting to canadian currency. I put invitation letter (and also I have good savings that I put the proof and explained that I will pay for all their expanses onlyu maybe they buy their ticket if they want) and I clearly explianed that she accompanies my mother, they come together and return together since my mother is alo around 70 years old. Also this was the first time I applied for vise for somebody and first time I wanted to have a guest here. They have rejected for two reason as below:
I have another sister married and I put her as a tie, I know that is not significant but anyway my sister that I ma applying for is single. my father is also passed away.
- You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
- The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

Thanks.
