This happens. Keep on trying.

Try clearing browser cache and history. It will work.

I am trying to create it for first time. I generated my GC key and then I am trying to sign up using the same. I login using GC key, terms and conditions page appears, I accept it and it directs me to the next page where it stays blank.. The url says establish security questions.. But the page is blank

Hmm.. This happens. The portal is so sluggish that even I have to try multiple times to login into my CIC account.

Its two days now and I can't create my profile. I revoked the old GC key and tried creating a new one but same issue. The page to setup security questions stays blank.
Can anyone try and let me know if it's working.

Yes, this appeared while you are creating GC key , once the login is crcreat, are you able to proceed after accepting terms and conditions

It worked. I was leaving my Surname field blank and hence the issue was happening
