the medical from hell

Has anyone ever had a medical like this????

This was my second medical, so I know what I was going through, coming to my next one. I am a woman.

it started normal. I got undressed and ended up on my back at the bed. Listen to my hearts and lungs. Normal. Went through my body.....legs......tummy......looked over my back.....NORMAL results.

Now I layed on my back and he wanted to go through my breast......which is a normal for this examination. He leaned over me.....put his both hands on my breast......just me and the doctor in the room. THen he started to go trough them feeling for any lumps in there......but it didn't stop there. THen he started massaging them for 10 minutes.....playing with my nipples.....Well I know a ordinary massage for lumps, but this was a Massage with a BIG M.
I layed there and tried to take it, thinking it soon would be over. ANd when it was, he asked me to turn around on my side. I asked WHY?
ANd he hold out his longest finger, and said he wanted to investigate my behind inside.
WHY? I asked. Has Immigration asked you to do this? And his answer was. No.....I will let you of the hook this time.

Then he asked me to go in the next room where he had a gynecology cheer. He wanted to me let him investigate my vigina.

Is this a part of the immigration, I asked? No......but I can to this for free just for you, the doctors asked.

I said no and told him I will go to my own familydoctor and take care of everything that has nothing to do with Immigrations request.

It was such a scary doctor. And now when I came home and see it much clearly, Im thinking......

How many young scared girls has he done this to?

We are immigrants and all we want to do is everything right.......and not create any problems. He knew that not many young girls immigrant would report this.....and make a mess in the middle of a immigration process. And I feel exactly the same. When the day came and I have my pr.....then I will send in a report.

Is there other girls been treated by doctors in this way during a medical?

I think you should inform the police about this incident. What he did was wrong. Plus if I am not mistaken, I thought doctors was suppose to have a female nurse in the same room to prevent incident like this.

First one got to old.....so they wanted a new one

I would report this to the police as well. These are doctors that are listed by CIC as the ones you MUST go to. IF there is one that is a creep and molesting patients, CIC would want to know. Reporting this shouldn't affect your application at all, as you still have rights as a human being, despite where you may be in the world. Scary, so sorry for you.

If your PR takes months, someone's bound to question why it took you so long to report (and I'm not sure you want to say didn't want to jeopardize PR application)

Not a good idea to wait this long until PR. If you are worried about your PR being in jeopardy because of him, you can go to another doctor and get another medical done there.

The longer you keep quiet, the abuse he will continue to do this to others. You need to report him to the police.

This was done by a doctor here in Canada

My immigration doctor didn't check my breasts etc. at all. I don't think this is part of the immigration medical exam. My doctor listened to my lungs and heart, asked some questions, measured and weighed me and that was it! Plus, of course, XRay and blood work.

I am sorry that you feel this way. But the doctor is using your fear to his advantage so he expect you to not report him to the police. Meanwhile he will continue to do this to others. Don't let him get away with it.

I hear you. And I know he is using my fear. And he is. Hopefully the PR will came fast nu, since we are so close to it now. And then I will do everything a can to let CiC get informed. Im so so sorry....and so sad today.....
