From what I've heard here so far, yes, that means they shouldn't be missing anything and won't be sending it back! That's why it's one of the most stress-relieving moments, haha.
Could I ask again what phone numbers everyone has been calling? I actually found a toll-free number for those calling out of Canada, and tried the series of key prompts I was suggested (+1 613 944 4000 (for an agent: options 1,2,1,2,1 ... then 0 to skip the message)), but I think it's changed since it was used by the person who suggested it.
If you've all been using the normal one to call the centre inside Canada,
how have you been doing it? I tried calling it from the Gmail google talk client to see if it would let me through that way, but all it does is ring forever and then hang up. If I call it normally (from a USA phone with international calling), then it rings a couple times before going to a recorded message in a woman's voice saying that the number is unavailable.
