It's so good to see people getting AORs and SAs ;D. For those who still waiting be positive, after all every case is different and maybe some of them take more time to process.

This process itself is pretty exhaustive emotionally, but is good to find people like the ones in the thread that are so nice and makes the wait easier

Hi guys, I just checked my ecas right now and it says decision made for the sponsorship and that medical results has been received already.
Does that mean that our papers are already in the visa office and was opened already??

Hmm, I know that this is the usual trend for all of us waiting, but... I'm getting a bit worried, myself, now. It's been about 22 days since tracking let us know they received our package, and I see the average response time on the chart is 15-20. Still no AOR. I'm kind of hoping they're either taking a longer because of how huge ours was, or that they sent it by mail, and not that there are other complications.

What is the phone number that everyone here has been calling? I'd like to check in on our application, if I could. I tried the 1-888-242‑2100 one, but I did a bit of poking around, and apparently you can only call that one from within Canada? I'm calling from the USA...

I feel the same way, it is really weighting down on my spirit. It already took us so much time to put the file together now we have been waiting for over a month ad not a word. I tried the number as well and it doesn't work. My husband called and they told him they can't provide info witouht an ECAS so I'm just waiting.

I cant check on ecas either so don't worry -- I'm sure you'll hear something soon! It would be nicer if the AOR was sent out immediately upon receipt, wouldn't it!

Congrats mrsalvaro, sounds like good progress and sooo fast! Good news for the rest of us I hope!

Thanks dear!! i really hope that they process our papers fast. I'll try to call our Visa Office by next week or by the end of this month just to check if they've been working on it already.

Are there updates on your application already? You should have your AOR and SA already...it's been 36 days. May I ask if your sponssor provided his/her email on the form? I think that might be the problem for some of us because they weren't able to put it in the forms that's why there are delays. Their option is to just send the AOR and SA letter thru regular mail which might take a few days.

Just be patient. I am always praying for the AORs and SAs for all you guys that are waiting for it.

Hi mr. salvaro.. I've got my medical done last June 6, 2013.. And my the physician said that the result were forwarded already at Canadian Embassy. I had my medicaldone before we filed and just submitted the upfront medical notification. I'm bound for Saskatchewan.. And you?

Dlagirl, Oi and the others waiting for a looong time, just hold on, there is absolutely othing we can do... My Husband called them numeorus times, and no info was given, they cant do anything for us as long as we dont have a UCI number. I dont know how do they think that though.
