Hi, I'm helping my partner apply for his PR. He's currently on an open work permit which he got as part of being a foreign college student.
He is now applying for a work permit after 1.5 years of experience in a skilled job class B. And is now with another company and working the same skill class for half a year.
For some reason his application did not consider this as a valid job offer. I'm wondering if we filled out the form incorrectly (specially with the LMIA questions) or if we would need to take further steps.
In summary, he has a 3-year diploma from a Canadian college, 2 years of total work experience, a permanent full-time job witj a skill class b position and our calculated score is just 435.
Any advice is highly appreciated.
