hi.
i'm planning to apply for RNIP. my question is, do i have to pay the "Processing Fee" and the "Right of Permanent Residence Fee" at the beginning of the process? or can i pay the fees after, hopefully, getting a job offer and the probable recommendation of the community?

i think the second option is more likely, am i right? because i am able to apply for permanent residency providing that the community recommends me.

No you don’t pay fees until you have a full time, permanent job offer, have received the community recommendation and then finally apply for PR (pay fees).
