Does anyone know if the medical waiver for applicants within Canada is already in effect? It’s been almost a year since my application and they still haven’t sent me medical instructions (I’ve noticed they’ve been sending far less instructions recently).

They are sending them later on in the process since they are only valid for a year. Requiring you to do a medical near the end of the process prevents having to do 2 medicals.
