I am evaluating options of migrating to Canada.
I am 40 years old (Married + 2), live in Israel.
My father, step mother and two (half) brothers live in Toronto, they moved 3 years ago and are PR status at the moment.
I have year 13 years of managerial experience, I mainly establish customer support units for start up companies and manage customer support & technical support entities. Fluent English, plan to study French as well this year.
So I guess the options I have are finding a workplace that will sponsor my application, see if my father or siblings can, or consider studying in Canada.
I am wondering if my chances are high enough, before I start any costly process.

WDYT?

You cannot be sponsored by your family members. If you wish to immigrate you will have to qualify on your own through one of Canada's economic immigration streams. I would recommend you spend time on the CIC web site reading throug the details of programs like FSW/Express Entry and the Provincial Nominee streams. If you have questions - there are different sections of this forum for discussing economic immigration.
