hi guys
I have a doubt regarding loan

Everyone will be aware of the new visa rules, we have to pay the first year tuition fee before applying for study permit

Suppose if the loan is sanctioned whether the bank will pay the first year tuition fees before we get visa?

most of the banks agree to pay ur college fee.
To support the above statement show them that the rules recommend us to pay before visa.
In my experience
uco,sbi,sbh agreed to pay

just say that we need to pay the full first year fee according to present rules to geet a visa.

Gud to see you relaxed. :). For me relaxin now has gone out of league. So have you got ur loan sanctioned from OBC??? Do you have any idea about the interest rate??

I got admission in project management in Humber for jan 2013 intake. You should go for state bank of patiala if its in ur area. I approached them. They process your loan either against property or FD.Their policy mentions post graduate diplomas in their approved courses list.
