Great idea Kanamen, showing appreciation for what we are given directly or indirectly is a real civilized manner. I’m much obliged to Canada Govt; and its people for offering the opportunity of immigration, and the staff from CIO and CIC for their dynamic endeavor for smooth application processes as well. Am much grateful to Mr. David Cohen & the admin group of Canada Visa forum for providing the free forum and maintaining it in full bloom. Also extent to my unhesitatingly thanks to the respectable forumers like Leon, PMM, Qorax, Saki, Pippin, Baloo, BCguy, Kanamen, David_TVO, Nectar, bsrk68, fariza, mezo, SISH7255, shibuya, (never ending list as I might surely miss the names who deserve to earn the thanks and all who contributes here even bits or pieces of any constructive advice) for free intellectual advice, portraying the situation of real Canada, kind and inspirational words when people need. Finally, thanks to all international friends in this forum for helping each other even without seeing or knowing in person!

I've always believed the saying "What goes around, comes around". I've had great help from this forum and appreciate all the members who support each other. It is strange how the ripple effect spreads. I was out grocery shopping on Thursday morning when a lady quietly asked me for directions to the bus depot. I didn't have much to buy, so asked if she would like to wait a few minutes and I would be happy to drive her to the depot a 15 minute walk away. It turned out she was from Korea and her daughter is here attending the school near our house. I showed her how to get to the bus loop and I ended up taking her down to the SeaBus. We chatted and I gave her my phone number in case she needed help or a cup of tea and a chance to use her English. I was happily surprised that she called me today and is coming for that cuppa tomorrow! I wonder if I would have been so forthcoming before I got involved in this immigration stuff? Thanks everyone for opening my eyes to the world out there.

Very nice of you pippin....In addition to this forum personally you are also in the great noble profession to serve the community that really also works here. GOD bless you dear.

Thanks Mr. David for creating this wonderful forum.

Cheers..

Attorney David Cohen in a TV interview stated that it was his dream to create an online network of potential Canadian Immigrants. He did it because when he migrated to Canada from US there was no reference in Canada to guide him.
Forum is more popular because it was launched earlier and people are used to it but loonlounge.com is much better.
It works just like Facebook. You can post pictures, write on walls, send private messages and prepare an online resume.
One again thanks to Mr. David Cohen and his team for giving us valuable networking tools. Now most of the forum readers can get the info about life in Canada before arriving.
Regards
Salman
