This reference letter from colleague can be a plain letter without job responsibilities?

My file has been transferred from CIO Sydney to London Visa Office more than 2 weeks ago and waiting in a queue to be reviewed by an officer.
Can you please advise why the BG check hasn't started yet it usually changes to IP1 the same day Medicals Passed.

I am worried about what is exactly done if there is s.16(1)(c) in our file. In my first notes, ORGANIZATIONS & ENTITIES was 0 while in second and third notes it is retracted. Some old posts say they do employment verification. I am not worried about this because it is quite straightforward. I am worried if they seek some info from our government. If it is so then it will take some time as you may know about bureaucracy in third world countries. I have already crossed 6 months marks.

On 2 pages there is s.16(1)(c) but my security is not started. Does it mean verification of job as well and in which cases should someone be worried if they have this s.16(1)(c)?

The job verification happens in eligibility and if there are concerns at the LVO, but if your see no concerns in the eligibility, no need to worry. To read more on s16 see https://www.getgcms.com/blog/s15-s16-top-right-gcms-denote/

If the status against your security is blanked, and you see s16 on the top right corner, then your security is in progress.

I have a very crucial query. My brother has revieved his COPR and plans to land on 26th Oct. He wants to get engaged (by means of a social traditional ritual) before that. Will that affect his immigration? Since change in any personal details must be communicated to IRCC, will this pose a problem? If so, can we plan in within a month after landing? What are the regulations regarding this?

You can get married anytime and it has no bearing on the CoPr. However if you have to add an additional family member to the application, you can only do it before landing. After an applicant lands, the only way to get additional family member to Canada is by sponsorship.

It has to have job responsibilities. Without the job responsibilities, it is of no use.

The only people you can add to your application is spouse and dependent children. You cannot add parents and siblings. After you become a PR, you can sponsor parents.

For the time being we decided that my y wife and daughter is applying for PR (bcz I could not apply due to some work related issue) my problem is that
I was suffering from TB in 2008 and it's medication is completed and I'm negative;
1:from someone I heard that even if my name is not going to include in the PR application I have to go for a medical is it true????
2:My past TB history make any negative impacts on our application???

I have done my and spouse medical on 11th sep and submitted application on 22 sep. I got one letter from canadian high commission regarding my wife's need to undergo for more medical additional test. They have founded one spot in her x-ray and they have felt this is tuberculosis. Now my wife has finished additional test and we have to wait for 2 months for result. And will have to retake her x-ray on 11th dec 2017. My application has completed ip1 and now it is on na2. I am main applicant so what you say, they will keep working on my application ( will they start ip2) before test result come or they will wait for the result and if everything will ok then they start ip2? BTW i am main applicant.
Need your opinion please

In my savings account - I have 13,500 CAD - whereas 3000 CAD has been transferred by my brother via Check.

Kindly let me know, if I need to include a gift deed for this or the alternate advice.
