Thank you for your reply. Yes it does include job duties. And job duties matching my NOC are also clearly shown in the emails between my employer and I. Those emails also contain his official signature. GCMS notes take forever to arrive so I'm gonna wait, just wanted to know what you thought about the case because you seem very knowledgable! thank you. does that mean if i attach LOE at the start of every document they would be invalid?

just a bit worried as i have two submission entries for 1 job (due to no pay leave). IRCC might not know why until they read the explanation, and they might only read the main LOE at the very end.

It won't be invalid, but it creates unnecessary documentation. There is a specific place for the LoE for a reason.

I got the similar question also. I got GCMS notes today which generated on JUNE 28. I noticed in my note that there is the deadline for the agent to finish it by JULY 01 which is only 3 days later. The thing that I can not explain is that he/she finished the education check for R10 and stop right there since May 12 with no further check or notes. Which made me wonder if he/she leave the department or not? If that is the case, will my application go back to the pool and will be assigned to the new agent some day after JULY 01, i.e. I need to go through the whole waiting again?

The due date is of no significance, as a lot of applicant see movement on their file way before that and some have to wait longer than that. An application is checked by many individuals and not one. IRCC does not stop working just because one individual is not there. Wait for a few days and order another set, and by then there should have been some movement.

Hi legalfalcon, i recieved my notes today. No sign of any progress. Security still not started and not assigned to anyone. Could you pl explain more about term "not started". Unfortunatly my file hs nt been touched since april and primary office is cpco only.

Security Not started means that your info has not been transmitted to CSIS. Either the eligibility is not complete, and if it is complete, then no-one has looked in your profile to move it ahead. Just wait, patience is all that you can count on at this stage. Also order another GCMS set in a week or so and hopefully by then there must have been some movement.

YEs. BOWP is issued if you have completed one of the following APR stages:

I. their electronic application for permanent residence (e‑APR) submitted under Express Entry has passed the R10 completeness check; or

II. they have received a positive eligibility assessment on their paper APR submitted by mail under one of the economic classes above;

Most BOWP is issued after R10, but eligibility is the main hurdle and some people do have issues there and see rejections even when BOWP is issued.

Additional documents are mostly asked during eligibility, when things are not clear or if an aspect of your application does not connect with the other.

2. On what ground will the Visa Officer at LVO ask for additional documents?.
See above. Asking additional documents is the discretion of the officer reviewing the file. At any stage if anything in your application needs clarification, or additional documentary evidence to support your application, it will be asked. Schedule A is asked when your history is incomplete or there are gaps. Proof of military service is asked when you have served in the military, additional proof of education completion can be asked if the officer feels that the document is fake or has issues with identity etc.

Just ask him to get the gift deed drafted in Saudi Arabia and in it mention that he is a resident of Saudi and also get it notarized there. Include the check of a documentary proof with which he is transferring the funds.

@legalfalcon can I show Mutual Funds as PoF? I can get it written from my bank that what is my total investment's current value and what amount can be redeemed

I do not want to liquidate the funds as they are less than one year old and I'll have to pay Short Term Capital Gains tax on it.
