TFW to LIVE IN CAREGIVER..

good evening po.

may I know po if anybody here know if a private group home(6 independent clients paid by the govermenttax)is qualified to hire a live-in caregiver under the live in caregiver program as I am waiting for a promised lmo but until now is none.aa aquaintance told me that if under gov't tax then they are not qualified.please let me know if someone here has same situation so may have to look for another employer before my permit expires.

how should an LMO be decided wether positive or not upon submission through mail(not online).

please help me....Thank you so much..

I am not sure though about getting an LMO under private group home. Your employer will get a letter stating if positive or not. Sa pagkakaalam ko they will decide it on the needs of the person needing the care, proof na kaya ka sahuran, a private accommodation for you. Better yet start applying for another employer before your work permit expires. Mas madaling makakuha ng LMo sa mga person with disabilities.

You can re apply again for work permit if your LMO is not yet expired. Better yet asked an immigration consultant to assist you for your re application para matulungan ka for the supporting documents.

So i dont know too if group home will be qualified to hire Live in Caregiver lalo na sa form ilalagay lahat kung sino aalagaan mo. I know sa group home they usually hires Personal Care workers. May nag aaply sa kakilala naming client na nag wowork sya sa group home since 2010 and hanggang ngayon di pa rin sya nakakapag apply for PR kaya gusto nyang lumipat under LIC para after 2 years makapag apply na sya. Tawag ka ng CIC and tanong mo sa kanila para di ka mag antay ng matagal.

Pag nareceived mo medical request pa medical ka agad may instructions naman kung saan kang clinic pupunta and may forms na papipirmahan mo ata sa doctor, may instructions din which form na ipapadala mo sa kanila to prove na nagmedical ka na. Yung clinic na ang mag forward ng medical result mo. Di naman mahigpit medical dito di tulad sa pinas so you dont have to worry about the medical.

Ang TFW visa is needed kung lalabas at papasok ka ng Canada. If plano mo umuwi ng Pinas kailangan mo ng re-entry visa para makabalik ka ng Canada. If wala ka namang plano lumabas ng Canada ok lang kahit ma expire visa mo. Para magka roon ka ng legal status to stay in Canada dapat may valid visa like work permit, student permit or visitor visa. Dahil 2015 pa naman expiration ng work permit mo wala kang problema.

" This is to inform you that Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) has determined that your application for a labor market opinion (LMO) received meets the requirements of a Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP)." ano po ibig sabihin non? bakit hindi "meets the requirements of a Live-in Caregiver Program (LCP). I am very worried and confused kung ito ba ang LMO na sa New York ko iaaply ng visa? kasi po ang iniisip ko ngayon is parang TFWP category lang din ako di nga lang food counter attendant.,kasi live-in caregiver daw pero hindi under LCP. Please enlighten me po. salamat po.. God bless you po.

Paki asked mo employer mo if may attachment sa email yung actual LMO LETTER with confirmation number at nagsasabi na "Based on an assessment of the labour market, Service Canada has issued a POSITIVE LABOUR MARKET OPINION (LMO) ....."

Oo ang NOC code is 6474 for Live in Caregiver. Dont worry too much sa letter apply ka ng work permit. Sayang ang panahon tumatakbo
