TFW in Toronto, applying for LMO for new FSW work permit, most efficient route

Wow this forum is amazing, so many dedicated and generous people!

Here is my situation: The company I'm working for is offering me full time position and will apply for LMO approval shortly. Due to the company operations this has taken a long time to make happen and I have 2 months remaining on my current work permit.

Assuming the LMO is returned with approval before my permit expires, can I take the FSW application (LMO and documents) to Buffalo for processing rather than applying to CIC for work permit by mail?
