Text messages vs screenshots for proof of communication for spousal sponsorship

What is the better option for proving communication between a spousal couple? Text messages copied into a word document and printed out or screenshots of texts? I would think screenshots would be better because they can't be modified easily. But in our case it would be hard to collect screenshots. I changed phones once since the beginning of our relationship and my wife did as well.

Submit what you have and what your able to use. I would send the text messages as well as a few screen shots if they are available.

For our proof of communication I had submitted.. Skype call logs, YM call logs, and Facebook logs Just 5 pages per month out of the different communication records were printed. Along in our main letter to CIC giving them the option to freely request all records if they were so inclined to do so.
