TEXAS STATE PCC ?

My first set of prints to the FBI were rejected (5 months lost) and a second set was sent recently. However, to be on the safe side I want to go ahead and procure TEXAS state PCC (that's where I lived while in the US) while I wait for FBI's response to the second set of prints.

However, I'm not sure about the process for obtaining a state PCC from Texas. Can someone please help me with the URL / webpage where I can get started?

Obtaining Texas PCC is very easy and fast. Processing time are less than a month. I lived in Texas for more than 5 year, I was scared if Texas PCC will take same processing time. I called Texas department of public safety and confirm it. They told me it will take less than a month and additional mailing time.
Then I recognized if CIC will ask for state PCC i can do it easily.

Fingerprint card FD 258
Application form
Return envelope with return address if applicable or else TDPS will mail with regular post.

Hi,

When was it that you got your PCC? It looks like Texas has moved to a single contractor - MorhpoTrust USA and it is a very confusing website.

Can you please link me to the URLs on Texas DPS website for the application form and other details? Much appreciated!
