Test invites and Oaths during winter (Dec/Jan)

Hi
I am wondering if anyone have got their test invites, oaths & FP requests during winter holiday seasons, that is, during December and January?
I have read some threads where I never saw people getting test invites, oaths & FP request during these 2 months probably due to holiday season. However many got their AoRs during this 2 month period tho.
May be I am wrong.

Oaths are still help in December and January. Only a few days are holidays.

It was a few years ago, but I got my test invite less than a week before christmas, and the test took place mid January. MTL office.

Most things Government related shut down for around 2 weeks between Christmas and the New Year. Kids are off school too. Before and after that 2 week period everything goes back to normal.
