Greetings! I am new in this forum, I literally joined this forum 10 minutes ago because I have some questions and I was hoping they could be answered, thanks in advance!

I mailed in my application in July 2014, and got a letter not so long ago notifying me to write the citizenship test. It stated that I had to bring "all your original documents that support your citizenship application (as listed in the document checklist in the citizenship application form)"

My questions are:
1. Does that include my original application form (CIT 0002) and citizenship photos? Because I mailed them in and didn't even leave a copy never mind the originals.
2. I keep on hearing this thing called RQ which I'm led to thinking is a questionnaire you have to fill out during the interview, and some people even had to bring their banking records for it? I'd love it if someone could also clarify me on that and whether I need to prepare for anything this time regarding the RQ.

...." documents that support your citizenship application" is the key word here. Have with you the original passport(s) valid/expired, original IDs, language certificate, etc. All the original documents that you sent a copy with application.

Ah I see, I had the logic in mind that the forms also "supported" my application so I was unsure. Thanks for clarifying that!

You are not required to have a copy of your application to the interview but , I think, the fact that you did not make a copy for your self before mailing your file is a mistake. Do you remember 100% all what you stated in your application? I bet the answer is NO. That's why it's good to have a copy and review it before attending the interview. Also if you ever get a Residence Questionnaire-Hopefully you will not- you will have to answer the same questions about addresses, travels, jobs....giving contradictory information is not something one wish to do in a citizenship process.
Anyways, don't worry about RQ for now just take with you originals of all documents in the application check list(last page) you can review it on the cic site and the passport(s)
Good luck

Yeah it certainly was a mistake, but too late to fix it I guess. Thanks for everything!
