TESOL - Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees?

Hi there, I have a Bachelor's degree but I also have a TESOL certificate. This was a post-secondary nine-month course. I'm not sure if I should et an ECA for this certificate or IF it's too short of a course or if it falls under the "professional training" umbrella. I've seen the question around the forums a few times but no answers have been provided so any help would be greatly appreciated.
