The short answer is no since a job offer isn't enough to qualify for a work permit. Your employer also needs to obtain an approved LMIA in order for you to qualify for a work permit. This is a long and expensive process that requires your employer to prove they advertised the job and were unable to find a Canadian to fill the role.

Where are you from and how old are you? It's possible there may be other options.

Im from Croatia, in the 18-35 age group. I just finished my magister's degree in political science. What could my other options be ? anything would do really

I need your actual age. Are you 35? Younger? If you're 35 - when do you turn 36?

In that case you should look into the IEC program:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/iec/eligibility.asp?country=hr&cat=wh

Any other route will require an LMIA which are next to impossible to get.

So i can count on my job as a waiter without the LMIA if im eligible for this program or does it have to be a job in the 0,A,B cathegory ?
