Temporary work visa expires before PR is issued (HELP!)

HI!

My situation is that I am currently in Canada working in a skilled position on a working Holiday visa. I have applied for PR as a skilled worker and have been approved by sydney. My application is now sitting awaiting processing in Buffalo.

As it is extrememly likely that my current work visa will expire before PR is issued what are my options? If my PR is processing do I automatically get implied status? Or do I need to get a LMO from my employer and get a work permit to stay in the meantime?

To continue working you require a new LMO and a new work permit. No implied status.
