Temporary work permit to PR

Good afternoon,

I am writing to get some opinions and see what if you guys have any experience with this.

I am trying to apply for esstenial worker (non health) atm 10k out of 30k has been submitted.

I have been in canada since Grade 6, I graduated elementary, high school, and university here in Canada.

I am stateless because my parents got their PRs revoked.

I have been working in Canada for 3 years. I wanted to apply for this sort of application.

It is requiring me to complete the CLB (language test)

Do i really need to complete the CLB after I have graduated with a degree from university?

I mean I checked the CLB test centre and the earliest I can get in is june 11th

I believe by that time the applications would have reached its maximum.

Also, it’s asking for IME test, police record and photos.

All these are mandatory documents prior to submitting the application.

What do you guys think I should do?

I really do not want to lose this opportunity

Language test (either IELTS or CELPIP) is mandatory. No language test = automatic refusal. Doesn't matter how long you've been in Canada or what education you have.

Don't believe you qualify since you don't have status in Canada. Think H&C is your only option but you need to be working with a lawyer since your situation is very complex.
